Step 1:
How is it very easy and quick to prepare a delicious holiday salad "Mimosa" with saury and tuna, which is sure to please many with its wonderful taste qualities? First of all, we prepare the necessary products and spices for the preparation of the most delicate puff salad for the festive table.
Step 2:
To prepare a festive salad, boil five hard-boiled chicken eggs, then take a fine grater and rub the whites and yolks separately into a deep plate.
Step 3:
Cut two small apples into a fairly small cube and put them in a small bowl, then pour lemon juice over them for taste and so that the apples do not darken, then take a large grater and rub one pre-boiled carrot into a plate.
Step 4:
Grate three pre-boiled potatoes on a coarse grater into a deep dish.
Step 5:
Finely chop half of the onion head and put it in a small bowl, then to rid the onion of bitterness and unpleasant odor, pour boiling water over it and let it stand for ten to fifteen minutes.
Step 6:
Put one hundred and eighty grams of mayonnaise in a pastry bag and season a small part of it with grated potatoes in a bowl, then add salt to taste, ground black pepper for flavor and mix well.

Take a deep bowl and put into it two hundred and ten grams of canned saury, one hundred and eighty-five grams of canned tuna, then mash the pieces of fish well with a fork and mix.
Step 8:
Take a fine strainer and rinse the chopped onion under cold water, then put it in a bowl with fish and mix all the ingredients well together.
Step 9:
Take a dish suitable in diameter and spread the potatoes on it with the first uniform layer, then spread the fish on the potatoes with the next layer and distribute it evenly.
Step 10:
On top of the fish layer, make a mesh of a small amount of mayonnaise.
Step 11:
Spread the grated carrots in a bowl with sliced apples and mix together, then spread the resulting apple-carrot mass in the next uniform layer and press the apples with a fork so that they do not crumble.
Step 12:
Make another mesh of a small amount of mayonnaise on top of the apple-carrot layer.
Step 13:
Spread the grated egg white in the next layer and distribute it evenly on top and sides of the salad.
Step 14:
Make another mesh of a small amount of mayonnaise on top of the protein layer.
Step 15:
Take a fine grater and alternately rub seventy grams of frozen butter and fifty grams of Russian cheese on top of the salad, which can be replaced with any cheese to your taste.
Step 16:
Decorate the prepared layered salad from the sides with grated egg yolk.
Step 17:
Decorate the salad on top with finely chopped herbs to taste.
