Start the meat broth: pour 2.5 liters (about 10 cups) of water into a suitable pot, add 300 g of bone-in beef, a small onion, and a piece of carrot, set it on the stove, and simmer the meat over high heat for 1.5 hours, then lift the meat out.

For the sauté base, set a skillet on the stove, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and two finely chopped onions, and sauté over medium heat until the onion is translucent.

Add 150 g of smoked chicken (backbone or breast) to the pot of beef broth on the stove and simmer over medium heat.
