Cooking method
The first time I tried it in a cafe in Tallinn and since then it's my favorite salad with hot smoked fish. The cook kindly told me the recipe. We all know that fish is a very healthy and vital food, and this salad will help diversify your fish table.
The fish can be disassembled into small pieces with your hands or cut with a knife after removing the bones. Boiled and peeled potatoes are cut into small cubes. Apple, you can not peel, and also cut it into cubes. Red onion perfectly harmonizes with fish and will add a little spice to the salad. It needs to be finely chopped. Eggs can be grated on a coarse grater, but you can also crumble with a knife. Mix all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise and stir well. This salad looks great in creamers, decorated with herbs and crackers.
Hot smoked fish salad can be served simply on crackers or on slices of bread. This is a great meal for both everyday and festive table.
