    1. First, prepare the ingredients: - rinse the parsley thoroughly and separate the leaves from the stems (we'll need the leaves); - peel the garlic; - grate the cheese on a fine grater. 2. Put the parsley, garlic, cheese, and shelled walnut kernels (or pine nuts) into a blender. To start, pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 3. Start blending and add a little more oil from time to time. The texture shouldn't be a smooth paste — don't blend the ingredients to a pulp. This sauce keeps beautifully in a glass jar in the fridge, so you can stretch out the pleasure and use it to top pasta, pizza, and any other dish whenever you like. Buon appetito!
