Salad with pickled and pickled cucumbers

An unusual salad should definitely be included in the home menu! Very simple, but very tasty, you can say, my favorite salad with pickled honey mushrooms, the recipe of which was given to me by my grandmother. In our house, this was cooked very often, on ordinary weekdays. Therefore, personally, I am not used to considering this dish festive. Although such a salad, thanks to its excellent taste qualities, you can safely treat guests at a festive table. This is a dish of Russian cuisine, a wonderful snack for alcoholic beverages and an excellent addition to the main dishes. It's quite filling, it's not really a diet meal, keep in mind.

    Marinate the onion in vinegar

Small honey mushrooms in a salad look better, and cucumbers are better to take "finger". Cut potatoes, cucumbers and mushrooms (if they are not small by themselves) into cubes. Cut the onion into half rings, marinate it in vinegar, then, washed, add to the salad. If you fill this salad with homemade mayonnaise (as my grandmother did), it will turn out even tastier. If you don't want to mess around, we fill the salad with store-bought mayonnaise. Then decorate with chopped green onions.
