Small honey mushrooms in a salad look better, and cucumbers are better to take "finger". Cut potatoes, cucumbers and mushrooms (if they are not small by themselves) into cubes. Cut the onion into half rings, marinate it in vinegar, then, washed, add to the salad. If you fill this salad with homemade mayonnaise (as my grandmother did), it will turn out even tastier. If you don't want to mess around, we fill the salad with store-bought mayonnaise. Then decorate with chopped green onions.
