In our view, a hodgepodge is a soup in which you can put a spoon – there are so many different meat ingredients in it. And Korean food - tengor – is also a hodgepodge. However, cooked soup according to a Korean culinary recipe is a traditional Korean national dish. And it also has the main ingredients - meat. However, fish and vegetables are also added to it, well cooked in a small amount of water. This food is sometimes eaten directly "from the fire".
So, let's process the beef, and cut it into pieces 4 cm long, 2 cm wide - 2 cm and 0.2 cm thick. Fill these slices with mashed garlic and green onions (30 g), as well as soy sauce and granulated sugar, sesame oil (5 g), sesame seeds and ground black pepper. Let's let all this stand for half an hour.
In the meantime, we will tear the mushrooms apart, and if we have dry mushrooms, then we will pre-soak them. Chop the onion. In pieces 4-5 cm long, we will cut the omezhnik or sorrel. 4-cm long, cut green onions. And bamboo shoots (replace, if necessary, with a fern) - 5 cm long.
We will put a saucepan or a pot on the fire and heat it up well. Smear it with sesame oil and fry the meat with mushrooms. Suppress the onion, and put it in the meat with mushrooms. Add bamboo shoots, green onions and sorrel to the pan. Pour a small amount of water or broth here and add salt. We will dim the meat and vegetables with a weak light.
Pour the beaten egg into the hodgepodge when it is ready. Everything is ready! And you can also decorate the hodgepodge with olives and lemon, add sour cream here.
Bon appetit!
