Norwegian cream soup with shrimp and cream

This gentle miracle will warm you on cold days! This summer, my husband and I were lucky enough to make an excursion tour of the Scandinavian countries. Of course, we liked absolutely everything about this holiday, but we especially remembered one excursion during which we learned how to cook one of the traditional dishes of Norwegian cuisine - Norwegian cream soup. This food consists of many ingredients, but the magnificent, incomparable taste of this dish is worth it. So, I will share with you this intricate culinary recipe.

Cooking time: 40 min

To start, we heat part of the butter in a small saucepan, add flour. Stirring constantly, we heat our mass for 2 minutes. Then gradually add the broth we have prepared in advance. Again, stirring constantly, let our mass boil for 5-10 minutes.
Now we heat the remaining oil and fry potatoes, carrots, onions for about 7-10 minutes. Next, add tomatoes to the mass and cook for about 5 more minutes. After that, add the fish, mussels, shrimp and cream and cook for about 5-7 minutes. At the end, add parsley, salt and pepper to taste. The soup should be served hot, pre-garnished with sour cream and caviar. Enjoy your appetite!!!
