Prepare a salad with green peas.
First cut off the base of the pepper and at the same time remove the core with seeds. We won't need them. Pepper will be cut into strips or rings, as you prefer.
Wash the rice and throw it into a saucepan with salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender.
Now mix the boiled rice with sweet pepper in a bowl.
Boil hard-boiled eggs, peel and transfer them to make an egg mass.
Add chopped eggs to rice and pepper, and then add the main ingredient – green peas.
Next, mix everything thoroughly, add salt and the salad with green peas is ready. It remains only to decorate it with chopped parsley.
Your unexpected guests will not even have time to understand anything, they will probably decide that they were expected and prepared such a dish in advance.
