This cooking recipe is intended for true connoisseurs of Italian cuisine. It includes such exquisite ingredients as Fontina cheese and truffles. Potato and onion soup with truffles is a truly aristocratic meal.
To prepare this dish, first heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the onion to it. On low heat, fry it to a beautiful blush. Then, add potatoes there. Let's salt it. Fry the potatoes for a couple of minutes, and pour the broth and milk. When the mixture boils, reduce the heat and, stirring, simmer for about 40-45 minutes, until the potatoes are fully cooked.
Next, remove from the heat and let cool, as you will need to use a blender. First, put the cream in the soup and in a blender, beat it well.
Put the cheese on the pieces of the loaf and cook toast from it in a frying pan. We pour the soup on plates and put pieces of truffle in each.
