Cooking method
Food cooked in a ceramic pot is always associated with home comfort, warmth and comfort. The aroma of even the most ordinary dish at the same time becomes so appetizing that it is absolutely impossible to resist it. Those who have ever tasted food in pots will understand me perfectly. I offer an excellent culinary recipe for a vegetarian soup containing only the most useful and necessary. For those who are used to counting calories, that's it.
All legumes are thoroughly washed and left flooded with cold water for four hours. After carefully placing the beans in a pot, add the bay leaf, pour water, put it in the oven and cook until half-cooked.
Peeled carrots are either cut into cubes or grated on a coarse grater – as you like, and fried in a small amount of vegetable oil, seasoned with ground pepper, coriander, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and cumin. Salt to taste. It will take us about five minutes to roast, while the carrots will become slightly pinkish.
Now we put all this beauty in a pot and continue to cook. Five minutes before the end of cooking, season the soup with finely chopped herbs and salt again, if necessary.
The dish is ready, please come to the table. Not only is it delicious, but it is also very useful. Vegetarians, fly in!
