Salad with apple and dried duck breast

Fresh apples in this salad create just a delicious taste! A classic of the genre, but in an unexpected interpretation:) This is one of my favorite salads. Apples emphasize the exquisite taste of raw meat, and pomegranate gives an additional sourness.

    Cut the dried meat into thin slices. I have a duck breast of my own cooking. You can take any other raw ham, for example ham or prosciutto.

    Add slices of dried meat and pomegranate seeds to a plate with apple and salad leaves.
