  • Chimichurri sauce has a tricky name, but it turns out to be very easy to make.
  • Rinse and then dry the parsley, chop it (or just tear it into smaller pieces with your hands), and put it in a blender. Add the peeled garlic cloves, pour in the oil and lemon juice (my husband says you can use red wine vinegar instead), then add the chili pepper, cumin, and salt. And press the button! Blend everything well into a smooth pulp. Then pour the resulting sauce into the dish it'll be served in and let it sit for about two hours. And that's it!
