Blue cheese sauce with mayonnaise

Peel the garlic and squeeze it through a press, peel the onion from the husk and finely chop it.
Put the cheese in a bowl, lightly rub it with a whisk or fork.
Add mayonnaise, sour cream to the cheese, whisk with a whisk.
Without ceasing to stir, add the skimmed cream, then pour in the milk.
Put the prepared onion and garlic in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients, mix.
Pour in Worcestershire sauce, add salt and ground black pepper, lemon juice. If necessary, adjust the amount of seasonings to your taste.
The sauce is ready and you can immediately serve it to the table or pre-cool it.
