Strawberry-banana cake made of whole grain flour

An unusual and healthy cake with a low carbohydrate content. Incredibly delicious combination of banana cakes and yogurt cream + strawberry; yogurt + banana. It will become a decoration of the festive table without harm to the figure. Serve with green tea or non-alcoholic mojito.

Cooking method

1. Mash 2 bananas with a fork, add 1 egg and a pinch of salt, grate butter into banana-egg mass. Add the sifted flour with baking powder. Roll it into a ball. Put it in a bag and freezer for 15 minutes.
2. Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll out each one according to the diameter of the pan. I have 18 cm. Heat the frying pan (preferably a frying pan with a non-stick coating). Fry each tortilla for about 1.5 minutes on each side over medium heat. You can do a little more if you like fried) We spread the cakes and let them cool down.
3. Preparing the cream. Beat the yogurt for 3 minutes, add a thickener, beat again with a whisk or mixer at low speed. Add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. When the cream thickens, put it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes .
4. Divide the cream into 2 parts. 1 cream: knead 1 banana and add the first part. 2 cream: cut the strawberries into slices (about 300 gr.) and add the cream.
5. We lubricate the cakes with impregnation at your discretion.My recipe: 2 tablespoons of warm water + 10 ml. cognac + 1 tablespoon of sugar. You can use cognac essence or whatever you like. Lubricate the first cake + banana cream. The second and third cakes are strawberry. The last one is banana.
Decorate the cake with the remaining strawberries.
6. We put it in a cool place for 12 hours.
