- Start with the crêpe batter: warm the milk and pour it into a deep bowl. Crack in the egg, add the egg whites, salt, and sugar, and pour in the sunflower oil. Add the flour in small additions, whisking constantly. Now cook the crêpes in a dry skillet. On to the filling: cover the raisins and prunes with hot water and let them sit for 10 minutes. Mash the farmer cheese with the sour cream until smooth. Drain the dried fruit and finely chop the prunes. Stir the condensed milk and the dried fruit into the cheese mixture and mix well. Spread the filling over a crêpe, distribute it evenly, and roll it up. Fill and roll all the crêpes the same way. Trim the ends of each roll, then dip each end first in condensed milk and then in poppy seeds. Arrange the nalistniki on a pretty platter and serve. Enjoy — and to your health!
