So, I chop the cabbage, and cut the washed and pitted plums and cherries quite finely. Washed and peeled from the middle and the skin, small apples are rubbed with a large grater. I pour the juice of half a lemon and vegetable oil into the mixture of vegetables and fruits. On top, I make a salad with a figuratively sliced apple and pitted cherries. I don't forget to leave some cherries and one apple to decorate the food. But if I forgot, it's not a problem either - I rarely buy only two dozen cherries and three apples. The salad is excellent for those who follow salt-free diets, vegetarians and fasting believers will also be satisfied, because it does not contain animal products.
