Cooking method

1. Pour the wine into a saucepan.

2. Peel the onion, cut into cubes, put it in a saucepan with wine.

3. Peel the garlic, squeeze it through a press, and send it after the onion.

4. We send the pan to the fire, bring the contents to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, after which we allow it to cool down to a warm state.

5. We filter the wine through a fine sieve, onion and garlic will no longer be needed.

6. Add honey to the wine, pour salt and mustard powder, mix until smooth.

7. Pour olive oil into the resulting mass, spread the mustard in the grains and send it to a small fire, heat it with constant stirring until the mass thickens.

8. Now we transfer the mustard to a suitable glass container and send it to the refrigerator. After 2 days, it will ripen and be ready for use.

You can store Jion mustard in the refrigerator for 2 months.
