  • It turns out sweet grape juice is very easy to make at home for winter if you have a juicer — and it's completely natural and delicious, with no added sugar or sweetener. Grape juice is very good for you, since grapes are full of vitamins and minerals. It's high in vitamin C, which helps fend off colds and supports the immune system, and it contains pectin, which helps flush toxins and heavy metals from the body. Grape juice also helps protect against cardiovascular disease, thanks to its potassium. White grapes are rich in magnesium, which supports the nervous system and helps dilate blood vessels. On top of all that, grapes are a powerful antioxidant — something we all need plenty of these days. People with respiratory conditions may also benefit from grape juice. Of course, even the healthiest things should be enjoyed in moderation: people with diabetes or who are overweight shouldn't overdo it, since grapes are high in glucose.
