Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To prepare a fruit salad of bananas and apples, prepare an apple, banana, orange, lemon for juice, sour cream, granulated sugar and some walnuts.
Step 2:
First prepare the sweet salad sauce: combine sour cream with granulated sugar, lemon juice and mix. Here you can add some sweet spices to the sauce, for example, ground cinnamon, grated nutmeg, and a little natural vanilla will be a completely win-win option.
Step 3:
We set aside the sauce, let's do the fruit. Since apples and bananas tend to darken, let's start with an orange. Rinse it thoroughly, cut off the skin (do not throw away such a valuable product, orange peel can be used to make candied orange). Cut the orange pulp into small slices, simultaneously removing all the bones and hard veins.
Step 4:
Add the sauce to the oranges, stir. The banana must be cleaned, the pulp cut into small cubes or circles. immediately put the chopped bananas in a bowl with the oranges, sauce and mix immediately so that the bananas do not darken.
Step 5:
We do the same with apples: carefully wash, cut off the peel, remove the core, rub the pulp on a coarse grater and immediately send it to the rest of the ingredients, mix so as not to darken.
Step 6:
All that remains is to add some soft nuts to the fruit salad. Chopped lightly fried walnuts are perfect! Mix completely. Fruit salad of bananas and apples is ready to serve!
The dish can be decorated on top when served with grated nuts, chocolate, coconut chips.
