Step 1:
To start, cut the chili pepper pods lengthwise. Remove the seeds and partitions, then carefully cut into small strips (you can even smaller).

Scald tomatoes with boiling water, remove the peel and also cut into small cubes.

Divide the avocado into four parts, remove the bone. From the pieces of avocado, we select all the pulp with a spoon and knead it with a fork so that small pieces remain.

Put the chopped tomatoes, peppers, onions and celery in one bowl and chop thoroughly with a pestle. Add salt. Combine with the main vegetable mass, add salt to taste and pour in lime juice.
