Cooking method
1. Measure out all the ingredients.
2. Put everything in a blender bowl.
3. Grind until smooth.
If you don't have a blender, use a meat grinder to chop gherkins and capers, or chop them with a knife as finely as you can.

PS. When serving this sauce, it is customary to sprinkle with paprika.
