Remoulade Sauce

French Remoulade sauce is the perfect match for fish and meat! Cook easily! This sauce has already become a classic. It perfectly complements chicken nuggets (oddly enough), breaded fried fish and, in principle, everything meat, fish and seafood.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 5 min

1. Measure out all the ingredients.
2. Put everything in a blender bowl.
3. Grind until smooth.
If you don't have a blender, use a meat grinder to chop gherkins and capers, or chop them with a knife as finely as you can.
Enjoy!
PS. When serving this sauce, it is customary to sprinkle with paprika.
