Cooking method
Out of habit, I cook sauce in a frying pan. You can take any dishes that are convenient for you.
Pour port wine into a frying pan with a high side, add sugar, vinegar and billets of cranberries. Mix all the ingredients and cook over low heat until the mass is boiled and becomes thick.
At the output we get a bright spicy sauce that will decorate and complement any dish.
