You don't need serious skills to make the sauce. Everything is very easy and simple.
Wash the berries, put them in a saucepan, pour water and cook. When the contents of the pan boil, add sugar and cinnamon, grind with a blender. Pour in the wine, and cook for another 5 minutes.
The final step will be the addition of starch previously diluted in cold water. It should be introduced gradually, in a thin trickle, stirring constantly. Cook for 1-2 minutes so that the mass does not boil.
Add the sauce to the meat right before serving.
