- You don't need any real skill to make this sauce — it's all very easy and simple. Rinse the berries, put them in a pot, cover with water, and cook. Once it comes to a boil, add the sugar and cinnamon and purée with a blender. Pour in the wine and cook for another 5 minutes. The final step is to add the starch, dissolved beforehand in cold water — pour it in gradually, in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Cook for 1–2 minutes, but don't let it boil. Add the sauce to the meat right before serving. Enjoy this new flavor!
