Cooking method
To prepare this food from Chinese cuisine, we peel ginger, Spanish onion and garlic, cut them into small slices. Next, we clean and rinse the red bell pepper and chili pepper, then cut them into small pieces. Wash the leeks and chop them coarsely. In hot water, we soak the noodles for one minute, and as soon as they do not become transparent, we throw them into a colander and rinse them under running water for several minutes. Mussels are kept in a small amount of water and after a while we pull them out as soon as they open a little. Then they must be quickly and deftly opened with your hands. As soon as all the ingredients are ready, we pour peanut vegetable oil into a deep and large frying pan and carefully heat it over high heat. As soon as the oil warms up, we put ginger and garlic there first, then oyster sauce and a little sugar. And you can also pour a little red wine for piquancy. Then we spread the noodles and mussels. "Stir fry" involves rapid frying over high heat, and since our culinary recipe is called stir fry Mussels, these are mussels fried with vegetables and fragrant spices. Ready-made mussels are served to the table, preferably hot. Bon appetit!
