Cooking method
1. Peel bananas, cut into pieces arbitrarily. Then grind the bananas into a pulp. To do this, you can use a fork, just mash the pieces with it. You can also chop bananas with a blender. The second option saves time.
2. In the resulting banana gruel, pour sugar and pour vegetable oil. Regarding the oil: it must be refined. It can be olive, corn, sunflower and any other oil.
3. Beat the ingredients with a mixer for 5 minutes. Then we extinguish the soda with vinegar or lemon juice. To do this, we collect the right amount of soda in a tablespoon or in another small container. Pour a small amount of vinegar (about 10 ml). Pour the resulting effervescent mixture into the dough.
4. Sift the flour into a bowl, pour a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar here. Mix the dry ingredients. Pour the mixture into the banana mass, beat the dough with an electric mixer at minimum power. The dough should eventually turn out homogeneous, thick, about like pancakes.
At the end, coconut chips, chopped walnuts, raisins or peanuts can be added to the dough. The dough will only benefit from this. But even without additives, cookies turn out to be very fragrant, tender. Spread the dough on a baking sheet with a tablespoon. You can also fill a cooking bag with dough and put cookies on a baking sheet with it.
Have a delicious baking! Cook with pleasure!
