A very curious, in my opinion, culinary recipe of an excellent dish of Russian cuisine called "Borscht Krivoy Rog cold". Wonderful summer food, healthy, healthy; for those who dream of losing weight, just right.
It all starts with shredding cabbage and then cooking it in boiling slightly salted water. When the water boils, you also need to throw diced potatoes here. While the potatoes are cooking (which takes about 15 minutes), we boil the beans in a separate saucepan. Cut the sweet bell pepper into half rings, peeling it from the seeds. Cut the beets into strips and send them to a frying pan to stew with vegetable oil, vinegar and tomato paste. Separately fry the onion, carrot grated on a coarse grater, parsley root. Here we also pour the flour, let it change color slightly, then add a little water. We send our beans, peppers, stewed beets and roast with carrots and onions to borscht. Let it cook for ten minutes. Then we taste, salt as much as necessary, pepper, if desired, pour sugar. Borscht is cooled, then put in the refrigerator. In each plate we put fresh herbs and a spoonful of sour cream.
