Classic Crab Salad with Eggs
Your guests will be won over! Original, mouthwatering, and homey! I'm not much for making soups and main courses — maybe it's the chronic lack of time, maybe it's plain laziness — but salads I could make around the clock; to me, that's real food. And since I adore seafood, it shows up in my recipes constantly, in every form. One of my favorite ingredients is crab sticks. For one thing, they pair easily with almost anything, and for another, they have a flavor all their own. So today I'm going with a crab-stick salad, and here's the recipe I want to share — the classic crab salad.

Cooking method
- I usually soak the rice for a couple of hours, then cook it until fully done and rinse it well. I boil the eggs, peel them, and chop them finely. I also cut the crab sticks and onion into small cubes. I mix all the ingredients together and dress with mayonnaise. Sometimes I add a little grated cheese to the salad — it gives the dish a richer flavor. To serve, I garnish the salad with sweet red pepper. I think your family will happily give this dish a try, and it'll earn a permanent place in your home as both an everyday and a party recipe.
