Crab salad with eggs classic

The guests will be conquered! Original, very appetizing and homely! I don't really like to cook soups and second courses. Perhaps this is due to the eternal lack of time, or maybe because of natural laziness, but I can cook various salads around the clock, this is real food for me. And since I adore seafood, they are always present in my recipes and in any of their manifestations. One of the favorite elements of food for me are crab sticks. Firstly, they can be easily combined with any products, and secondly they have a unique taste. Therefore, for today I choose a salad with crab sticks, the recipe of which I'm going to tell you - a classic crab salad.

I usually soak the rice for a couple of hours, then cook until fully cooked, after which I rinse it well. Boil the eggs, peel and finely chop. Crab sticks and onions are also cut into small cubes. Mix all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise. Sometimes I add a small amount of grated cheese to the salad, it gives the dish a richer taste. When serving, I decorate the salad with sweet red pepper. I think your loved ones will be happy to try this dish and it will firmly settle in your home, as an everyday and festive culinary recipe.
