Cooking method
And here is a recipe for another chicken salad. This delicious food is very much loved by the inhabitants of the Hawaiian Islands.
Put the chicken in a saucepan and pour it with broth. Bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 35-45 minutes. Remove the meat from the pan and let it cool. Then we clean the meat from bones and skin. The skin contains a large amount of fat, so give it to the cat better. Cut the meat into small pieces and put it in a large bowl. We also add pineapple, diced and celery stalks, cut diagonally.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, low-fat cream, salt with the smell of celery and pepper. All this is very well whipped. Add the sauce to the bowl with chicken meat and mix thoroughly.
We put large salad leaves in the dish, and we spread the ready salad on them with a slide. Sprinkle it with grated parmesan on top and send it to the cold for at least thirty minutes.
Before serving, pour sliced almonds on top and decorate with sprigs of greenery. I want to add that this salad is often put in sandwiches. Here's how in this picture. There are Arab pitas stuffed with salad here.
