Composition / ingredients
Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Prepare a shortbread dough as a base for the tortilla. In a deep bowl, put the butter softened at room temperature, beat in the chicken egg, add sugar and a pinch of vanilla.
Step 2:
With a mixer, blender or hand whisk, mix the ingredients until smooth.
Step 3:
Pour sifted wheat flour combined with baking powder into a bowl with liquid.
Step 4:
Knead elastic smooth dough, you can not knead the shortbread dough for a long time, otherwise it will become hard. We roll a bun out of the dough, put it in a bowl, cover it with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 5:
Meanwhile, we will prepare the ingredients for the cream and dessert decoration with fruit. Cottage cheese is better to use soft and natural, put it in a bowl, add a pinch of vanilla, sugar and a tablespoon of cream. Using a blender or fork, we grind the ingredients until a homogeneous curd mass is obtained. We put the cream in the refrigerator while we prepare the base.
Step 6:
Fruits and berries are mine, berries don't have to be fresh, you can use frozen ones by defrosting them. Cherry or cherry cut into two parts, remove the bones. Strawberries are cut into thin plates.
Step 7:
Apples, if their skin is hard, clean, cut out the seed capsule, cut the pulp into thin circles so that they do not darken, you can sprinkle with lemon juice.
Step 8:
We take the rested dough out of the refrigerator, roll it out into a thin layer along the diameter of the mold, I have a shape with a diameter of 16 cm. In a greased form, we spread the base and send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20 minutes.
Step 9:
We take out the finished cake, let it cool completely.
Step 10:
Spread the base of the dough with cottage cheese cream.
Step 11:
Put pieces of fruit and berries on top, decorate with mint leaves. If desired and to taste, you can sprinkle with grated chocolate and chopped nuts. Fruit dessert can be served immediately to the table. Children will definitely like it, such a delicacy will take its rightful place on the children's festive table. Bon appetit!
