Cooking method
This unusual version of kutia is prepared, in general, the same as the traditional one. Here's what you need to do:
1. Rinse the rice in a saucepan, changing the water until it becomes transparent.
2. Then add oil, salt to the rice and pour boiling water. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce the heat to a minimum. Cook in the open form until ready, but not cooked. Place in a suitable mixing bowl.
3. Fry peanuts and walnuts, peel them. Add to the rice.
4. Cut pineapple into strips and add it to rice with nuts.
5. Marmalade is also cut into small pieces and put to the mixture. Set aside a couple of pieces for decoration.
6. Add medium-sized chopped dried apricots and figs. Divide one fig into several slices for decoration. Mix everything well, add honey, and decorate before serving.
