Step 1:
Boil in salted water (I add extra pepper and bay leaf to the water) Mussels, shrimp and squid. Cut the squid into cubes.
Step 2:
Finely chop the onion. You can sprinkle the onion with lemon juice.
Step 3:
Peel the pear, cut into small cubes. Add Dijon mustard, butter and mayonnaise.
Step 4:
Mix well, salt.
Step 5:
The salad is ready!
The salad is very tasty and unusual. The pear gives a pleasant sweet taste and freshness. I use only conference pears for salad. You can replace vegetable oil with olive oil, who likes it more.
It is prepared very quickly, the longest is to boil seafood.
