    The salad is ready!

  • This salad is delicious and a little out of the ordinary. The pear lends a pleasant sweetness and freshness. I use only Conference pears for it. If you prefer, you can swap the vegetable oil for olive oil. It comes together very fast—boiling the seafood takes the longest. This is my first post, so go easy on me!
