Cooking method
I recommend a very good culinary recipe for a festive table.
First of all we need to cook vegetables. You will need two pots. In one we will cook potatoes, in the other beetroot. I think that it is not necessary to describe how it is done, because any hostess can do it.
Cut the vegetables into thin slices. Peel and chop the celery. Put everything in a bowl. Add chopped champignons, parsley and endive to the same place.
Cut the apple into cubes, cut out the core and remove. Add it to the rest of the ingredients.
Now that we have mixed all the ingredients, we can add oil, season with mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and mix our salad well.
Turkey should be cut into thin slices.
Before serving, put turkey slices on top of the salad and garnish with coriander.
Beetroot, potato and smoked turkey salad is ready. I think that he will not leave anyone indifferent.
