Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make a closed rustic pizza with chicken? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Yeast dough can be smoked ready-made or made by yourself according to your favorite recipe. Peel the potatoes in advance and rinse them in running water from dirt.
Step 2:
Any part of boneless chicken can be used as chicken meat. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3:
As mushrooms, take those that you have in stock. Wild mushrooms should be boiled for 25-30 minutes in boiling water. But champignons can be used immediately in their raw form. Wash the champignons well, dry them and cut them into pieces. Cut the peeled potatoes into thin slices.
Step 4:
For the sauce, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic passed through a press.
Step 5:
Cover the bottom of the baking dish with baking paper, and grease the sides with vegetable oil. Roll out half of the yeast dough and place it in the mold, leaving small sides. Brush the dough with half the sauce.
Step 6:
Put the prepared sliced potatoes on the dough.
Step 7:
Spread the sliced chicken on top.
Step 8:
Put the prepared mushrooms on the chicken.
Step 9:
Mix the rest of the sauce with grated cheese and spread evenly over the entire surface of the mushrooms.
Step 10:
Roll out the second part of the dough and cover the whole filling with it. lightly pinch the edges. In the center, make a small hole for steam to escape. Place the mold in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 50-60 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
Step 11:
Rustic pizza is ready! Its top has become golden in color and an appetizing aroma spreads through the kitchen. Turn off the oven, slightly open the door and leave the pizza there to cool. Since all the ingredients were laid out raw inside, they need to stand steamed. The best option would be to go for a walk for appetite! Have a nice treat!
Keep in mind that everyone's ovens are different. The temperature and cooking time may differ from those specified in the recipe. To make any baked dish successful, use useful information about the features of ovens !
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See the interesting ones here
homemade mayonnaise recipes.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
Instead of fresh, you can take frozen or dried mushrooms (dried ones will need 5-6 times less than fresh ones). Frozen mushrooms can be defrosted in any convenient way (for example, in the microwave in the appropriate mode - see the instructions for your technique) and drain the liquid. Or, if the amount of liquid in the recipe is not critical, use without defrosting. Dried mushrooms should be washed well, since they are not washed before drying, and then soaked in cold water for at least 2-3 hours.
