For me, as I think for many people, one of the many delicacies is caviar. We can no longer imagine the new year without festive sandwiches with her participation. But I thought it would be a long time before the new year, and I really want to eat such delicious food. And I started looking for a suitable recipe with the addition of caviar. It turned out to be not difficult at all, since there are an infinite number of variations on this topic. But I want to share with you a recipe for a magical salad with red caviar, because it is he who gives a festive mood, and will reveal the whole taste of the delicacy we have chosen.



So, first I cook the squid, in slightly salted water, no more than five minutes, rinse in cold water, and cut into thin strips. I will cut the pre-cooked eggs into cubes. I'll do the same with canned pineapple.



Now I'm going to take crab sticks and champignons and cut them into small pieces. I will boil the shrimp, after they are ready, I will peel and mix them with the rest of the products. I'll add a green onion, combine everything I've got and mix it up. I'll fill it with mayonnaise and add red caviar. I will decorate with lettuce leaves, parsley and put one olive on top. Here is my festive salad already ready.
